4 Closure Phase（項目結束階段）
The project closure phase (also called "development phase") is the fourth and last phase in the project life cycle. It involves handing over the deliverables to the customer, passing the documentation to the business, cancelling supplier contracts, releasing staff and equipment, and informing stakeholders of the closure of the project.
The completion report summarises the results of the project, and includes client sign-off.
項目結束階段又叫發展階段，是整個項目周期的第四階段，也是倒計時一個階段。包括項目遞交給客戶，整個相應的材料文件等等，對外要進行相應的行為，對內也要向公司利益相關人員進行匯報總結。
ü Project objectives and the outcomes achieved
ü The final budget report showing expected & actual expenditure.
ü A brief outline of time taken compared with original schedule.
ü Any continuing issues that will need to be addressed after completion.
這個主要有三個階段：項目后期復查，執行完成后的復查，項目利益實現的復查。
