工作職責

The work location is 西安/寶雞.
Purpose of the job:
? Finance leader for a joint venture entity, scope covering commercial, supply chain, R&D, and entity management
? Interface between BU, China Ops, and shareholder affairs.
Job responsibilities:
? Drive business performance:
o Growth initiatives identification and implementation
o Profitability initiative & implementation
o Senior leader teams’ strategic planning & development
? Finance controller for overall finance management in entity view:
o Oversee and lead business review and rolling forecast process
o Lead accounting function with proper implementing SE rule & practice
o Concentrate on cashflow control for smooth turnover
o Continuously optimize balance sheet items especially for provisions & working capital
o Coordinate various internal & external audit work including high-tech qualification
o In charge of legal entities’ BOD financial reports preparation & sharing
? Enhance operating compliance & risk control:
? Price management:
o Improve price management in distribution business & key accounts
o Support to marketing promotion activities
? Credit control & management:
o Optimize customer credit control, resource investment efficiency, & BAD management
? Other ad-hoc tasks
任職(zhi)需求(qiu)
Professional Experience:
1. >5 years working experience in MNC finance functions
2. Accounting or Auditing experience is strongly recommended
Education background:
1. Bachelor + majored in finance related
2. CPA, ACCA, CIMA certification as plus
Others:
Language: Good English in Oral and Writing
Communication: Strong communication skill, especially with business team
