職責描述

* Assist the T&E audit to accelerate and streamline the process

* Assist the administration tasks in transactional accounting team
* Assist the AP/Cash/Billing team to binding and filing the vouchers
* Assist the leader to develop the SHA SSC online portal for internal stakeholder communications
* Assist the GL team to generate GL reports during closing
* Assist the GL/Controllership team to collect needful evidences from system for STAT and Group Audit needs
* Others being assigned

任職需求

* 3rd or 4th grade (to be grade in Fall semester) of college students majored in Finance and Accounting or related

* Or, 1st year of Graduate school in the similar major
*Skills/Abilities:
* Team Player
* Willing to learn
* Self Motivated
* Basic skills in using computer, MS office;
* Knowledge and experience about ERP system such as Oracle is preferred
* Skills in the applications such as shared point portal development is prefrred
